Think of us as the secure trading platform, not the stockbroker charging a commission on every trade. You are in complete control.

Our membership fee is our commitment to transparency. It's what allows us to operate without taking any commissions, ensuring our only goal is to provide you with the best technology and the most transparent access to the charter market.

Traditional brokers offer a “free" service because they make their money on the backend by marking up your flight cost. This creates a fundamental conflict of interest. Our flat annual fee removes that conflict entirely. For less than the cost of a single marked-up catering bill from a broker, you get unlimited access to the entire wholesale market. The average member saves the cost of their membership on their very first flight.

No, absolutely not. You will never be charged for a flight directly on the Mach2 platform. Our platform is strictly a sourcing and discovery tool, designed to give you direct access to operators and their wholesale pricing.

There is no “Book Now" button on our site that will charge your card for a flight. The platform's function is to facilitate the connection and the price discovery. All financial transactions for the flight itself occur completely off our platform, directly between you and the operator.

Your security and privacy are paramount. We have designed our platform to handle your information with the utmost care by minimizing what we touch.

• For Your Membership: Your annual subscription is processed securely via Stripe, one of the world's leading and most secure payment processors. Your credit card details are sent directly to Stripe and are never stored on Mach2's servers.

• For Your Flights: We never handle or store payment information for your charter flights. All payments are made directly to the operator.

• For Your Personal Data: The trip information you provide is protected and used for the sole purpose of sourcing quotes from our vetted operator network. All of our data is fully GDPR compliant. 

Safety is our absolute, non-negotiable priority. Every operator on the Mach2 platform is a certificated FAA Part 135 air carrier (or the equivalent national aviation authority standard for non-US operators). This is the same strict safety and operational standard required for all air taxi and on-demand charter operations.
